The type of Content Management System (CMS) we use, or build your website with, is called a WordPress CMS.
WordPress is great, it’s very easy to use, it’s what’s known as ‘Open Source Technology’ which basically means you don’t have to pay us (or anyone) for the WordPress software to run, or operate, on your choice of website hosting account.
A website that has a CMS (Content Management System) is one that you can go in and self-edit whenever you like… A website that doesn’t have a CMS is often referred to as a HTML or Non-CMS build and, because there’s no CMS for self-edits, you may need our help to make changes to your website, when needed.
A CMS is no different to any other software on the marketplace, such as anti-virus software for example… Keeping your Content Management System up to date is essential for security purposes, as it’s generally via out-dated CMS software that hackers will gain access to a website.
A Non-CMS / HTML build is generally more secure and less prone to hacking, because it doesn’t have the back-end software, such as a CMS or Plugins, that can become outdated and vulnerable to the constant and relentless hack attempts that CMS websites experience.

Yes, the new website that you have paid us to build for you is completely your own property.
Once your new site is online, and if you wanted to move away from us for any reason, at any time (and we sincerely hope you don’t…), the website build and all of the website content that you’ve provided (or we’ve helped you source) would go with you.
Yes, if it’s just a single web page, or a ‘Coming Soon’ page, that you need online then look no further!

Emailing your photos as .JPG attachments is the best format for us to receive your website photos.
Don’t have your photos embedded in a Word doc because they lose quality / resolution when we ‘lift’ them out of the Word doc to use on your website. Send them as separate files, attached to an email and use the Subject line of the email to say what page / section or where it is on your website you want us to use the photo.
Yes, you can text / SMS your PHOTOS for your website to us via mobile number 0403185552.
Please be sure to clearly indicate in your text message where the photo is to appear on your website / web page, if a lot of back & forth is needed for us to get the information from you of what photo goes where on your website, then admin fees may apply for our time.
Please be aware that photos sent via text get compressed (made smaller), so the quality of your photo might not be sufficient for your website, we will let you know if the quality of your photo is too poor for using on your website.

Yes, you can have a Slideshow of rotating / moving photos on your site.
